Scope of Position: The position of Production Manager for the Window division is responsible for achieving the highest level of productivity in the most cost efficient manner possible while maintaining quality specifications. Also, directs a team of employees, ensuring compliance with all safety programs and responsible for employees? performance, development, safety, and work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities include:





  • Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to develop and execute the production schedule to meet customer demands.




  • Ensure manufacturing and quality performance is maintained.




  • Develops self-directed work teams to efficiently meet customer demand.




  • Directs material handler to ensure production areas are stocked with appropriate materials




  • Responsible for assessing team skills, and directs team training efforts to ensure direct reports are adequately trained




  • Responsible for interviewing potential new hires, administering reviews, communicating corrective actions, and termination process.




Job Requirements:





  • Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role of a manufacturing environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
